Refund and cancellation policy

Digital download. Within 14 days of purchase, you can request a refund if quote-desk.html will not run in a current version of Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox, or if a listed file is missing or will not open.

Refunds cover technical problems with the download. They do not cover a change of mind after the files open successfully, a lost bid, or the expectation that Quote Desk will find customers. The license does not permit redistribution.

How: use the Gumroad or Etsy refund button, or email hello@graveltally.com with the order ID. We aim to process approved refunds within five business days.

Subscriptions: none at launch. If a future Rate Card Update is offered, it is a separate one-time SKU unless clearly labeled otherwise.

Etsy orders are also subject to Etsy’s applicable policies. If those policies provide greater buyer protection, they control the Etsy order.
